We recently took on management of a new community and ran into several challenges while trying to get their information properly set up in our system. After discovering the community had previously worked with Central Valley Gates and Access Controls, I reached out for assistance, and I am so glad I did. Rob was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. What could have easily been a frustrating experience was made so much easier thanks to his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help us get everything where it needed to be. It is rare to come across a company that genuinely values customer service the way Central Valley Gates and Access Controls does. Their team was responsive, supportive, and truly cared about helping us find solutions. We will absolutely continue using their services moving forward. The Arm to the gate to open it broke off. They sent Ken out to repaired it. He was very polite and did a great job of repairing it. He rewelded the arm back in place and made sure it was working correctly. Then he adjusted the opening and closing the gate to the proper positions. Welding in the rain wasn't easy.
