They sent Ken out to repaired it. He was very polite and did a great job of repairing it. He rewelded the arm back in place and made sure it was working correctly. Then he adjusted the opening and closing the gate to the proper positions. Welding in the rain wasn't easy. But he arrived on time and got the job done.
